Our Founder’s Story
From 15 years in IT leadership to becoming a Certified Chair™ Executive, our founder Richa Shahaney experienced firsthand the gaps women face when aspiring to the boardroom.
Her mission: to bridge the gap with data, passion, and pathways so more women can lead the boardrooms of tomorrow.
